– No smoking, no perfume, no mobile phone use — the list of rules at a newly opened apartment building in Leimbach on the outskirts of Zurich is long.

The reason for this is that the structure has been built especially for people who say that exposure to everyday products like perfume, hand lotion and wireless devices make them so sick that they cannot function.
