At the Monday Demonstration in Dresden on May 12, 2014, a guy came forward during the open mike session and told the audience he participated in installing chemtrails devices on airplanes. Guess what happened when he went to the local representatives with proof in hand.

@ 5/24/2014: I have found this page with some more information. The name of the guy is Jens (last name unknown), he posted this longer statement (sorry I have no time for translating it at the moment) and links to the documents he mentioned (which I have not examined).

The platform quer-denken.tv is run by alternative journalist and historian Michael Friedrich Vogt. He emphasizes that he (M. Vogt) is not sure what to think about this testimony but however provides the platform for Jens to share his information.

Secondly, the guys from citizen’s initiative “Clean Sky” against chemtrails in Germany are saying on their website they have now contact with the whistleblower and will publish more soon after an examination of his information:
