Australian TV Presenter goes Kamikaze with a Nail Gun Live on Air
Presenter almost shoots herself in the face on live TV
The dangers of live TV normally include nothing more than pronouncing a name incorrectly, or dealing with difficult interviewees.
But Aussie presenter Sarah Harris had a close brush with death when she nearly shot herself in the face with a nail gun during a live broadcast.
Ms Harris was asked to point the gun at ‘mind reader’ Anthony Laye during a nail gun roulette trick.
But the visibly-nervous Studio 10 presenter pointed the gun in the wrong direction, aiming it directly at her own face and getting ready to shoot.
Luckily, the crew noticed her mistake and she was saved at the last-minute by her more savvy co-host Jessica Rowe, who stepped in to show her the correct way to hold the gun.
Let’s hope she sticks to flat pack furniture for her DIY projects in future…
