CIA Planning Bio-Terror Attacks on U.S. Subways And Trains?

SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Based on breaking news, events and terror drills, it appears that the Obama administration, at the behest of the CIA, will once again attempt to execute a full-scale terror attack (most likely bio-terror) against a packed American subway, train or mass transit station.

Since January 1, 2014, there have been an unprecedented 23 rail-related attacks, crashes, emergencies, derailments, scares and threats (see list below), not to mention the 3 state-sponsored terror attack drills targeting both subways and trains. Needless to say, rail-related terror is blinking red on every level and will likely climax with a false-flag bio-terror attack.

Although a rail-related terror attack could occur in any U.S. city, it will most likely transpire in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Portland, Oregon or Washington, D.C, all of which have been featured in terror related drills or have suffered a recent incident of rail-related terror in one form or another.

As first revealed by Truther.org’s sister website BioTerrorBible.com, the genesis of the 2014 bio-terror pandemic will be a “made-for-TV event” whereby millions will witness a bio-terror outbreak on “live” television. This so called bio-terror “event” will likely occur when the agents known as anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) or smallpox (Variola major) are released into a controlled environment as a train or subway system.

The notion that U.S. trains and subways are being targeted by “terrorists” was revealed on March 18, 2014, when police in California arrested a man who planned to attack the Los Angeles subway system. According to reports, Nicholas Michael Teausant was arrested on suspicion of attempting to provide material assistance to a foreign terrorist organization. Teausant reportedly told an informant working with the FBI that he and his friends discussed “hitting” Los Angeles subways on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

A day later on March 19, 2014, the Al Qaeda magazine “Inspire” listed train stations among its new targets. Since Al Qaeda is a terrorist arm of the CIA, the magazine and its listed targets are in essence what the CIA is planning to attack. Unfortunately, trains stations were listed which means that trains and subways are also fair game.

In the aftermath of the bio-terror rail attack, so-called “domestic terrorists” from the South will likely be scapegoated. However, similar to the 9/11 Anthrax Attacks (which infected 22 people and killed 5), the source of the biological agent will most likely be the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The historical record reflects that none other than USAMRIID supplied the Ames anthrax strain which was used in the post-9/11 bio-terror attacks.

The first general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an underground rail system like a subway, the attack will most likely be of a bio-chemical nature (e.g., sarin, smallpox, anthrax, etc.). Since passengers are already below sea-level, it’s far easier for them to be trapped and suffocated by the bio-chemical agent, making the likelihood of them contracting the infectious disease all the more likely. This particular scenario was witnessed in the Tokyo Subway Sarin Attack of March 20, 1995, and will likely be witnessed once again in New York City under the Obama administration.

The second general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an above ground rail system like Amtrak, the attack will most likely be of a conventional nature (e.g., guns, explosives, etc.). Conventional attacks create a gruesome scene for all the public to see which provides a staging ground for government-owned media camp out and salivate over the attacks. In essence, the scene of the crime becomes a round-the-clock news center. This particular scenario was witnessed during the Madrid Train Bombings of March 11, 2004, and the London Train Bombings of July 7, 2005, both of which share distinct earmarks of state-sponsored terror (see: “7/7 Ripple Effect” and “Madrid 3/11”).

I. TRAIN TERROR DRILLS:

1.1: Atlanta Metro (March 24-31, 2014)
Back on March 24-31, 2014, an elaborate rail terror exercise was held in Perry, Georgia, just 100 miles south of Atlanta. The week-long “national disaster drill” was executed by multiple search and rescue agencies from around the U.S. in a newly built terror park which was built in part to mimic the Oklahoma City Bombing. Emergency crews reportedly spent time working inside a “life-size mock subway collapse” (Atlanta International Airport contains the MARTA rail system) which sits aside a building designed to simulate the 2001 terror attack on the World Trade Center.

1.2: Washington, D.C. Metro (April 2, 2014)
Back on April 2, 2014, the U.S. federal government executed a bio-terror attack exercise on the Metro subway system in Washington, D.C. The terror exercise, code named Eagle Horizon 2014, also drilled the transfer of government functions to a remote and secure location as part of so-called “continuity of government” operations. In other words, in the aftermath of a bio-terror attack on the D.C. subway, Obama would declare martial law and suspend the U.S. Constitution.

1.3: Boston Metro (May 3-4, 2014)
Back on May 3-4, 2014, the largest ever terror drill in the history of Boston, Massachusetts, took place which featured an “explosive device on a transit system” in Boston. The terror drill lasted a total of 24-hours and involved over 2,000 personnel. Aside from the train attack, the massive terror drill involved the hostage rescue of elected officials, structural collapse, and a simulation of a terrorist takeover at the Convention and Exhibition Center.

Prior to a high-profile bio-terror attack on a subway, train or transit station, the public must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. III. BIO-TERROR:

3.1: Bio-Terror Trending
Prior to an unprecedented rail-related bio-terror attack, outbreak and subsequent pandemic, the public must be psychologically programed to think that this is in fact possible. Aside from the Georgetown student who was arrested for making the bio-terror agent “ricin” in his dorm on March 23, 2014, there are currently 15 ongoing outbreaks, 12 of which are in the U.S. Needless to say, the staggering number of biological outbreaks suggests that a state-sponsored bio-terror attack is imminent.

IV. FLASHBACK:

4.1: FLASHBACK: Super Bowl Transit Attack
Back on February 2, 2014, Truther.org published a terror alert in respect to an impending bio-terror attack on mass transit during Super Bowl XLVIII in New York City. Coincidentally, in what appears to be the “clean-up” job, it was reported on February 2, 2014, that an emergency situation occurred at the Seaucius train station in New Jersey due to a “collapsed” Super Bowl fan. The train station, which is only 2.6 miles from Met-Life Stadium, appears to have been the chosen bio-terror attack location and therefore a fabricated “emergency” was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives and/or bio-terror agents which has been inserted into the mass-transit station. The emergency provided a convenient window whereby the train station could be cleaned up without drawing any suspicion.

4.2: FLASHBACK:  Amtrak Attack
Back on November 26, 2013, Truther.org published a report entitled, “Amtrak Train Attack (SSTTA): Northeast Corridor (NEC) Terror Attack Imminent”. Low and behold, 5 days later on December 1, 2013, 4 people were killed and 48 injured in an alleged “derailment” of Metro-North passenger train in New York City, which is coincidentally located in the Northeast Corridor (NEC).  Evidently, the “accidental” train crash was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives which had been inserted onto the track for the impending attack. The wreck provided a convenient window whereby the train tracks could be cleaned up without drawing any suspicion.
