As HAARP comes up for scheduled decommission by the United State’s Air Force, Dr. David Walker explains it’s purpose as being a tool to “inject energy into the ionosphere, to be able to actually control it.” While so-called conspiracy theorists have been sounding the alarm that HAARP’s usage as a weather manipulation tool may be causing irreversible damage to our planet for year, until now, they have ultimately been disregarded in the same manner most given the conspiracy theorist label are. Far from being a confirmation to all the rumors surrounding HAARP’s purpose, Dr. David Walker has confirmed that HAARP is being used as a geoengineering tool, designed and implemented to control Earth’s natural systems.
