Just a mine roller doin’ its job (VIDEO)

This is footage of a Marine Combat Logistics Regiment using an MRAP equipped with a mine-roller to check a road for IEDs. Good news everybody! They work!

Apparently, even with that blast wave, the bomb only consumed part of its charge. That’s the nature of IEDs, they’re dangerous and inefficient. It still destroyed the mine roller but the MRAP was fine.

This is part of Funker530′s ongoing documentary of the War in Afghanistan composed entirely of video taken by combat troops in the field, including all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces as well as all other nations with boots on the ground.
