When I was just eight years old, I woke up to a loud banging noise to find out my door was getting busted down by the FBI. They told me how my dad was dealing and selling meth. There were about fifty guys, all pointing their guns at me. Now, my dad wasn’t home, only my mom and I. The FBI forced me to call my dad as I was in tears and say, “I’m sick, Daddy, I need you home.” They tore apart every part of my house. When my dad arrived twenty minutes later, I saw him shut his car door and suddenly twenty of the guys came running out with their guns, threw my dad the ground, and beat him right in front of me. He wasn’t even armed. Need I remind you, I was eight. To this day, I have PTSD because of it. On top of that, they forced me to go to school right after like nothing happened.
Do you believe these officers were justified in forcing a child to lie to her father so that they could forcibly bring him to a cage and threaten him for allegedly selling a substance to parties voluntary purchasing the substance? If so, how do you logically justify such a belief? -Editor
