On April 25, 2014 Kyle Howell was pulled over by the Nassau County police for the pretext of  a cracked windshield. According to Howell it was not the first time he had been pulled over by the Nassau County police In fact, according to WABC the cops had it in for Howell from the get go, and had pulled him over on multiple occasions during the last few weeks. Howell told WABC that the same police had threaten to beat the hell out of him during a previous traffic stop for recording them.“The next time you record me I will use physical force to stop you,” said the officer who threatened Howell.

Apparently, that thug cop was a man of his word, as he made do on his promise, and proceeded to beat Mr Howell repeatedly in the face for the terroristic crime of recording the police.  If not for a nearby surveillance camera that conclusively showed the officers repeatedly beating him into submission, Mr Howell would most likely end up in jail for a long time, due to the fact that the two officers that beat him then fabricated a story claiming Mr Howell had assaulted them, and was in possession of drugs.
