Proof NATO Snipers Used In Kiev Back In Feb.

This photo purportedly shows a Danish soldier in Afghanistan and then the same Danish soldier in Kiev back in Feb. of this year when thing got out of hand, people died and the pro-Russian government was toppled. What do you think? Is this proof? I have noticed, there is definately a propaganda war being waged on the internet.
