In the second half of this two part episode of We The People about New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. For days large parts of the city were completely shutdown and many people evacuated, however, a few resourceful few stayed behind. Like JoAnn Guidos, owner of Kajuns Pub who protected her pub from looters during Katrina with her guns. But the authorities said, no way. Check out Part I here.
