10.  You forget 90% of your dreams:

Within 5 minutes of waking up half of your dream is forgotten. Within 10 minutes, 90% is gone. Dream chasers are an exception. You could remember bits and pieces and can have epiphanies in your dreams, but when you wake up, you’ll never remember what the epiphany was about.

 

9. Dogs have dreams:

If you are a dog owner, you can watch it while sleeping. It is easy to observe that. You will see it shaking if they are experiencing a nightmare. Dogs are human in that respect.

 

8. Car Crashes and dreams:

Did you know around 100 000 drivers a year crash going in and out of sleep in their cars

 

7. Babies don’t have dreams.

Babies don’t dream of themselves until they reach the age of 3. That explains why people who are blind at birth cannot see visions in their dreams. The Padre in the TV Show Passions always had premonitions about doom. He was legally blind in person, but in dreams he could see perfectly.

 

6. Not All Dreams are Passive.

Yet not all dreams are like this. Lucid dreams are dreams where you are conscious that you’re dreaming, but your brain is still in a state of sleep. Approximately 50% of people have experienced a lucid dream in their life, though the amount of people who experience lucid dreams on a regular basis is significantly lower.
