(Before It's News)

Number of U.S.-born not working grew by 17 million

If you’re among those who  think foreign workers and work visas are needed?  Think again —- this time armed with hard facts.  The Washington Times runs a report based upon a study that  challenges the need for importation of foreign workers. Read “ALL of the net jobs gains in the U.S. since 2000 have gone to immigrants,” by Stephen Dinan.

Since 2000, all of the net jobs added by the U.S. economy have gone to immigrants, both legal and illegal, according to a report being released Friday by the respected  Center for Immigration Studies that challenges prevailing thought that the country needs an influx of workers.

Nearly 6 million more people are working in the U.S. now than in 2000, but the number of native-born Americans holding jobs has declined slightly, from 114.8 million to 114.7 million, according to census figures crunched by CIS. Instead, all of that job growth — a total of 5.7 million –— has gone to immigrants.

Some of the native-born are unemployed, but a huge number have been chased from the workforce altogether, in part because of competition from immigrants, states Steven A. Camarota, research director for CIS and lead author of the report.

And in the face of this distressing news, CBS News Las Vegas reports that Border Patrol agents in Arizona were reportedly fired upon by a Mexican military helicopter that traveled across the border into Arizona.

Still the outrageous demands from America’s emboldened invaders and their supporters, continue. Breitbart’s Tony Lee reports that amnesty advocates stormed Congress today and arrogantly dared Congressional representatives, particularly Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), to take away their Deferred Action status.

We are at war, and it isn’t in the Middle East. Our country’s future is at stake. Arm yourself with information. Check out this 2014 Congressional Research Service report which provides an accounting of all publicly acknowledged deployments of U.S. Military Forces.
