This is normal and expected body language…(you should study body language, it is a true science but takes study)…when one is talking and pondering, they often look to the left as a pause to gather/reflect/integrate their thoughts.

Glancing away to collect ones thoughts is a normal practice as one searches through feelings. However, the cadence combined with the word choice does make it seem as if he’s reading as he continually looks to the same spot as he gets “stuck”. To say it is 100% reaching is ridiculous. You would have to be paid to be that convinced.
What really gives away the “troll tell” is the snarky comic finish. It is a classic beginner move for a new disinformation shill.

the father was trying real hard to be upset when he was talking in the news clip . people dont act like that unless thay are Broadway actors
it is no defer ant then what happened on all the other shootings . that happened so far.
