Why is Bergdahl’s father reciting passages from the Koran in Arabic?
U.S. Army Pfc. —- promoted in absentia to Sgt. —- Bowe Bergdahl was released from Taliban custody over the weekend in exchange for five of the extremist Islamic group’s top commanders held at Guantanamo Bay.
Armed with facts and sources unavailable to those of us irate over the dangerous and precedent-setting prisoner swap —- unilaterally executed without Congressional approval by the Imperial Obama —- Michelle Malkin tells “The story you haven’t yet heard about Bowe Bergdahl’s desertion.”
Malkin’s syndicated column provides a unique perspective on the revered Taliban leaders exchanged in the prisoner swap for a man whose true bent is continually being revealed. The Blaze discloses the disturbing phrasing Bowe’s father, Robert Bergdahl, uttered during his meeting with Obama. “Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim” is a common Arabic phrase, considered to be a major pillar of Islam and featured prominently in the Koran.
What message was Robert Bergdahl sending? Even the left-leaning Washington Post refers to his actions, including tweets to the Taliban, as “curious.”
Malkin concludes her commentary with these words:
“Are you listening, Capitol Hill and America? The Bowe Bergdahl mess isn’t just a story about one deserter, but two. There’s the muddle-headed lowlife who left his post and brothers behind. And there’s the corrupt commander-in-chief who has jeopardized more American soldiers’ lives to “rescue” Bergdahl by bowing to the Taliban, while snubbing the surviving heroes and at least 8 dead American soldiers who lost their lives because of him.
This cannot stand.”

Despite mounting evidence to the contrary, talking-points-reliant, Susan Rice —- Obama’s worthless national security adviser —- defends her comment describing Bowe Bergdahl’s service as one of “honor and distinction.” Watch the CNN interview video here.
It’s now being reported that during his questionable “captivity,” U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe converted to Islam, fraternized openly with his captors and declared himself a “mujahid,” or warrior for Islam, according to newly obtained, classified documents prepared on the basis of a purported eyewitness account and obtained by Fox News.
