Do Consciousness and Thought Create and Change Reality?

To understand how reality works, we must study the relationship between the physical and metaphysical realm and understand how they work. We also need to study energy mechanics because it is the mechanics behind energy that organize energy into codes, patterns, and structures, allowing energy to manifest itself into material things. Before I discuss some scientific studies that show how consciousness and thought create and change reality, let us explore what consciousness and thought are.
Defining consciousness is very hard to do for the reason that language has limitations. For example, when we experience something so amazing that it takes our breath away, trying to find the right words to explain it to someone is nearly impossible to do. Even though language can’t explain what consciousness truly is, we can still use it to understand consciousness to a large degree.
What is consciousness?
Consciousness can be expressed in many ways. However, at its core it is basically energy that is self aware and intelligent. Furthermore, consciousness is an intelligent and information field of infinite possibility and creativity. One important thing you need to understand about consciousness is that it exists in many different stages. The current human state of consciousness is still in its infancy stage, which is why we don’t feel like we have infinite potential.
