In New York, where it was instituted first, the devastating results of Common Core: children not wanting to go to school, having suicidal thoughts, vomiting, cutting on themselves, insomnia, the list goes on….they ae trying to pass legislation to stop it. Next year, in other states these results will be seen as well.
I personally know someone who’s child, origainally homeschooled, was attending public school and became addicted to video games-wouldn’t go to bed, rebellious, hating school and would scream and hit walls, depressed and wanted to die, then refused finally to go to school (at 14)…..that child has been out for over a month and is returning to “a normal loving child again”. she is looking for alternatives…which may be found at the website he mentions. https://www.fpeusa.org/
