SINCE IT WAS MOVED IN AFTER HOURS AND WAS HALTED FROM TRADING THE LAST PRICE TRADED IS WHAT IS BEING STILL USED. FOR INTERNATIONAL PURPOSES THIS IS STILL THE PROGRAM RATE OF 1166. I ASSURE YOU THAT IMO, WHEN WE SEE TRADING RESUME ON THE DINAR IT WILL NOT HAVE ITS’ LEADING ZEROS !!! YAAAA WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE US ?
