SWITZERLAND, Zurich — As previously reported by Truther.org on February 11, 2014, the Obama administration, at the best of the CIA, is planning oil-related terror attacks in America, namely on the Keystone Pipeline. Another oil-related disaster under President Obama would be his second after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill of April 20, 2010, and would surely be used to justify draconian environmental legislation.

In what appears to be an ominous sign that oil-related terror is imminent, the Huffington Post published a report on June 4, 2014, entitled “Retired Navy SEAL Says Keystone XL Would Be Highly Vulnerable To Attacks”, Two days later on June 6, 2014, a U.S. government report found that “jihadist activity” was up 50% in last 3 years and therefore presents a threat to United States.

Therefore, the most likely oil terror scenario are U.S. oil pipelines, rigs and refineries being sabotaged with explosives by alleged Islamic “jihad” terrorists or eco-terrorists. Regardless of which target is ultimately attack by Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists), the environment will suffer and gasoline prices in America will skyrocket.

Interestingly, on May 12, 2014, a report found that the U.S. government failed to inspect ‘high risk’ oil and gas wells. Translation: oil and gas wells in the U.S. are faulty which makes them vulnerable to terrorists. The report was evidently published in order to give the U.S. government plausible deniability in the wake of oil-related terror attacks in which the environment is severely damaged.

Backon October 4, 2011, a Grist Oil report entitled “Keystone XL Could Be A Terrorist Target” cited the executive director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security who stated that pipeline sabotage has become a terrorist “weapon of choice”. According to the report, in a post-9/11 world, “terrorist groups have identified the world’s energy system…in the words of al Qaeda, as the Achilles heel of the West”. In other words, the Keystone Pipeline was built specifically as a target for Islamic terrorism.

The Keystone Pipeline
Prior to an unprecedented state-sponsored terror attack on the Keystone Pipeline, the American public must be led to believe though fraudulent headlines and fabricated events that yes, it can happen. The latest Keystone media narrative was first identified on January 31, 2014, when Fox News published a report entitled “Pipeline Boost? Keystone XL Report may Disappoint Project’s Foes”. That same day, it was revealed that a U.S. government report found that the Keystone pipeline won’t hurt environment much, a report aimed at garnering a negative (and possibly violent) reaction from the public. Regardless of the environmental implications, the Keystone XL pipeline cleared a significant hurdle on January 31, 2014, when the U.S. State Department reported no major environmental objections to the proposed $7 billion pipeline. Predictably, a day later on February 1, 2014, staged protests by alleged opponents of the Keystone pipeline were already scheduled for February 4, 2014. Fake protests are designed to draw as much national and international attention to a certain topic (e.g., the Keystone Pipeline) just prior to a government/terrorist related action for or against said particular topic. The protests in essence provide cover for the intelligence operations by making the topic seem controversial and relevant to many people (e.g., terrorists, politicians, and the public). For example, on February 4, 2014, a reported 300 rallies were held across the America after the State Department green lighted the Keystone XL pipeline. A week prior, most people in America had no idea about the Keystone pipeline. However, after weeks of news propaganda headlines and fake protest, social media is buzzing about it. Despite the fake Keystone outcry, Obama officially approved the Keystone XL pipeline on February 4, 2014. Obama’s controversial decision now creates the perfect motive for an eco-terrorist or Islamic terrorist to attack the pipeline.

U.S. Oil & Gas Terror Plots (2004-2007)
Aside from list of recent international terror attacks on oil and gas-related pipelines (see below), there have been 3 oil case of oil pipeline terror within the U.S. since 9/11. On September 29, 2004, it was reported that two New Caney, Douglas Lloyd Crosby and Dennis Wade Durrenberger Jr., were arrested and charged with criminal mischief, a first degree felony, in connection with a pipeline explosion that caused many to be evacuated from their New Caney homes. Three years later on June 2, 2007, it was reported that 4 would-be terrorists had hatched a plot to blow up Kennedy Airport and swaths of Queens by attacking fuel tanks and an underground pipeline by igniting a catastrophic explosion that would eclipse 9/11. According to the report, one of the suspects boasted to a federal informant that “he had a vision that would make the World Trade Center attack seem small“. Roughly six weeks later on July 13, 2007, it was reported that a Pennsylvania man, Michael C. Reynolds, was convicted of providing material support to terrorists in trying to help al-Qaida blow up U.S. oil pipelines and refineries.

TSA Pipeline Threat Assessment (2008)
A October 23, 2008, report from the Transportation Security Administration Office of Intelligence and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security entitled “TSA Pipeline Threat Assessment” stated that “Improvised explosive devices have been the preferred method of attack against gas and oil facilities worldwide” and that “the U.S. system and its related infrastructure remain an attractive target to both terrorists and domestic extremists alike, as long stretches of open unattended pipeline are difficult to protect and the economic impact of attacks would be significant…Al-Qa’ida, in particular, has noted the potentially damaging impact pipeline attacks—both in the United States and abroad—would have on the Homeland’s economy, national security, and public health and psychology. Al-Qa’ida’s demonstrated capability and intent to target oil and gas infrastructure overseas, and the group’s desire to continue attacks in the Homeland, suggest similar attacks could occur inside the United States.”

TSA Liquid and Natural Gas Pipeline Threat Assessment (2011)
A January 18, 2011, report from the TSA Office of Intelligence Pipeline Modal Threat Assessment and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security entitled “TSA Liquid and Natural Gas Pipeline Threat Assessment 2011” stated that “There were 44 suspicious pipelines, and related oil and natural gas SARs reported to TSA-OI from January 2010 to October 2010.21 Suspicious activities near pipelines and related infrastructure may indicate an interest to collect information for a future attack, or the desire to identify vulnerabilities or test a pipeline facility’s security and response operations”. The report further states that “Terrorist groups have discussed attacks on unspecified SCADA systems, but it is uncertain whether al-Qa’ida or any other group has the capability to conduct a successful cyber-attack.19 TSA-OI is not aware of any credible, specific threat reporting targeting U.S. pipelines’ industry control systems or the supervisory control and data acquisition networks.”
