POLL:  Overwhelming Majority of U.S. Voters Favor Citizenship for Undocumented

Sixty-two percent of U.S. registered voters favor citizenship for the undocumented as a part of immigration reform, a survey published Tuesday said.

The poll was taken April 7-27 by the Public Religion Research Institute together with the Brookings Institution among 1,538 registered voters.

The results offer a snapshot of public opinion a year after a bipartisan bill was passed by the Senate that includes a path to citizenship for the almost 12 million undocumented immigrants estimated to be living in the U.S.

Seven out of 10 registered Democrats said they were in favor of granting citizenship to the undocumented who comply with a series of requisites, compared with 61 percent of people identifying themselves as independents and 51 percent of Republicans.

With five months to go before the mid-term congressional elections, the study shows that close to 53 percent of respondents would not vote for a candidate who opposed immigration reform.

Only 26 percent believed that immigration should be a top priority for the administration of President Barack Obama.

The poll, which has a margin of error of plus/minus 3.3 percentage points, found that a scant 6 percent of Americans consider the current immigration system efficient, while 40 percent think the immigration policy is obsolete and 23 percent see it as totally useless.

The survey shows greater support for establishing a path to citizenship for the undocumented than was reflected in a Washington Post/ABC News study published in July 2013, which found that 55 percent of respondents supported that option.

  • yes make the corporate citizens! the UNITED STATE is a PRIVATE FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, i’ts charter is what they call the constitution and it’s by laws are their PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE COPYRIGHTED STATUTES!

If you ask any government employee to provide you with incontrovertible evidence that the constitution and the statutes are applicable to you, they go blank! they have no answer! then they go into a cryptic circular loops of bs.. Their answer is always, it applies because you are on the land! but they offer zero proof that it actually applies to YOU!
If you go into tax court and ATTEMPT to bring up the constitution, you’ll be threatened with contempt of court and the judge will NOT hear any kind of constitutional argument… WHY?? because he knows it is NOT applicable to you!

What makes the PRIVATE FOR PROFIT CHARTER “constitution/statutes” apply to anyone??
AN OATH OF OFFICE! You see, if the corporate constitution/statutes were already applicable, WHY WOULD IT BE NECESSARY TO TAKE AN OATH OF OFFICE!?!?!
The oath, binds the oath taker to the constitutions/statutes.. read an oath of office sometime!

FOR INSTANCE In THE CORPORATE STATE OF ARIZONA
    http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/38/00231.htm&Title=38&DocType=ARS

    E. In addition to any other form of oath or affirmation specifically provided by law for an officer or employee, before any officer or employee enters upon the duties of the office or employment, the officer or employee shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation:
State of Arizona, County of ______________ I, _____________________
    (type or print name)
do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Arizona, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same and defend them against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of the office of ______________________ (name of office) ________________________ according to the best of my ability, so help me God (or so I do affirm).
    ______________________________________
    (signature of officer or employee)

Are you employed by the CORPORATION in any of it’s incarnations?? fed, state, county, city, alphabet agencies??
Then you took/take an oath of office which legally OBLIGATES you to adhere to the corporate charters “fed/state constitutions” and it’s by laws “statutes”

If however, you do NOT work for the CORPORATION or any of its many incarnations, you have no oath and NOTHING that binds you to it’s charter/by laws!

  • Your an idiot if you believe that polling numbers are real. Period.
