Top Conservative: Don’t Just Impeach Obama… Prosecute Him
How does one stop a runaway government? That is the question currently facing Conservatives, Libertarians, and freedom-minded people throughout this country.
Six years ago, we knew Obama was going to be horrendous. But, few could have imagined the havoc Obama would wreak on this great nation. Now, we have Benghazi, the IRS targeting, support for terrorists, and the VA scandal. The list could go on and on, but you get the point.
Beyond his incompetence, however, lies an aversion to the law. Obama thinks he is the law–that the rules do not apply to him. For this, thousands upon thousands of brave Americans are calling for his impeachment and even his prosecution.
Now, this call for prosecution–the call to keep Obama accountable to the law–has another proponent: Harvard-trained lawyer Ben Shapiro. (Shapiro’s new book is The People vs. Barack Obama: The Criminal Case Against the Obama Administration.)

Shapiro proposes [that the] criminal prosecution of the Obama administration under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act should be on the table.
That act was created as a response to the mafia–it was designed to undermine mob claims of plausible deniability. It was created to hold command and control structures accountable for activities taking place down the chain. Shapiro writes, “Congress expressly worried in the RICO law itself that organized crime was using its money and power to ‘subvert and corrupt our democratic processes.’ Clearly, those worries were understated. Now the chief threat to the democratic process comes not from the mafia but from within the government itself.“
RICO does not rely solely on the Attorney General to prosecute–and in Eric Holder’s America, that’s a good thing. Civil suits may be filed under RICO, turning citizens into “private attorneys general…undertaking litigation in the public good.” Americans become the check on the executive branch–and Shapiro argues for the changes to the law that would make such action possible against what he terms the “Obamob.”
“The alternative,” Shapiro writes, “is an unanswerable government in which corrupt bargains between corrupt officials predominate, protected by the barrier of plausible deniability. The American people are left out in the cold.”
Shapiro is right on. The President is not above the law; he must be held accountable. If impeachment will not be used, prosecution should at least be considered. Government is threatening our very way of life, and we must stop it immediately.

The Damage done by this potus is beyond imagination. I would ask my elected officials to impeach him for what he has done. Then I would ask for a special counsel to prosecute him as a criminal under the RICO laws. It is that simple
