How does a device THIS intricate wind up in a shipwreck dating over 2000 years ago? 

Nevermind that the design was beyond it’s time…but even its uses are way beyond it’s time.  A machine like this wouldn’t have been built for another 1000 years somewhere in Asia. 

Did otherworldly beings help the Greeks design this machine…time travelers…or what?
