Re: Josh’s stage IV cancer: look into “Amazon Salve.” The “authentic” version is offered through “Alpha Omega Labs” (altcancer.com, herbhealers.com). It used to be called “cansema” but then some scam artists started selling a counterfeit version that is not effective and is possibly harmful.
