Big Difference between Algerie Flight losing contact and missing to MH17 losing contact and immediately stated “Shot down by missile”

It appears a horrible crash may have happened with another commercial airline today.

An Air Algerie flight has had no contact with Air Traffic Control and it is feared it crashed and is labeled missing at this time.

I am seeing the headlines every where about the missing plane this morning.
