California To Split Into 6 Parts

California will be divided into six parts. The initiative was proposed by businessman Timothy Draper. This would solve many problems. First of all, it will give a chance to reboot the region. In support of his plan, the businessman has collected a million signatures. This is enough to hold a referendum in 2016. California may thus be divided into Silicon Valley, Jefferson, North, South, West and Central California.

Such projects are useful because they may stimulate progress. Concerns arise and they may lead to positive changes, and the federal government will be forced to make concessions.
