According to a recently published report, the report states If Barack Obama was hoping that the recent illegal trade of five terrorists for a deserting Army Sargent was going to win brownie points with the American people, his plan backfired.
The president has come under intense scrutiny from members of Congress for violating U.S. policy and refusing to notify them of his plans to carry out the trade.
