Obamacare Court Of Appeals Rulings Explained

Obamacare is facing a legal challenge in the form of Halbig v. Burwell where a federal appeals court in Washington, DC decided that the government cannot issue insurance subsidies in states with federal health care exchanges. However, a federal appeals court in Virginia ruled in favor of Obamacare in King v. Burwell, which brings attention to the ambiguity of the law in question.
