In the unfortunate event that World War III ensues, these 10 leaders would be at the helm of the blame. You may not agree with the ranking choices, but one thing is for sure, you will not dispute the likelihood of them causing an upheaval that is beyond anyone’s control, even the United Nations. So without further ado, here is a top 10 list of leaders who may cause WWIII to occur.
Henry Kissinger once said that being America’s ally is more dangerous than being its enemy. US President Barack Obama’s hegemonic policies, especially where Russia is concerned, are pushing the world on the brinks of a new war, World War III. His demand for more NATO troops to be stationed in Eastern Europe and the buildup of military forces on Russia’s borders to allegedly protect Poland and the Baltic states is just another provocation by the superpower that could trigger a war with Russia.
Former Chinese Ambassador to the United Nations Sha Zukang has warned that the dispute between Japan and China over the Senkaku Islands could lead to World War III. He argues that if China started a conflict with Japan, it would be much bigger than both the Sino-Japanese War and World War II in amplification. The United States and Japan in their best interests should cooperate with China to maintain world peace.
Turkey and its leader Abdullah Gül is another threat to the world’s peace. Lately there have been many issues on politics and economy of this nation. If peace is not restored very quickly then there might be a possibility that Turkey can strike out its enemy countries in the near future. They are very much against the Turkey and their discomfort for each other can lead to the fellow nation to enter into the war zone. The military of this country is growing at a fast rate and a hell lot of money is being invested to get Turkey equipped with the modern war fares and get it prepare for the worse time that may arrive any time. However, if it wants to become a member of the European Union, it must keep conflicts to a minimum.
The current situation in Turkmenistan is stable but tense. As with any one-party dictatorship in the contemporary world, much depends on Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow’s continued physicaland mental health. Should he die, it’s difficult to guess who would step in to fill his shoes. It is also difficult to predict what Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow might do if he were to slip over the edgeinto gibbering megalomania, as absolute dictators tend to do. Turkmenistan has also reached out diplomatically to the Taliban in the past, and has shown little interest in guarding the border between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, where over 1 million ethnic Turkmen are currently living. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow might be better than his predecessor Niyazov, but that doesn’t exactly make him a good guy.
It has long been apparent that Karzai, a putative American ally, has some sort of mental issues. He has been known to rant that he made a mistake in allying with the US against the Taliban, and should have backed the latter. In 2010, he told astonished visiting US congressmen that if the US pressured him too much, he would join the Taliban directly. Afghanistan has been mired with political fraud, corruption and again autocracy!
