(N.Morgan) California is suffering through one of the worst droughts it has seen in decades. Many have wondered if this is a targeted event, with the intention of ruining the crops and leaving the residents without water, which is necessary to sustain life. Is this a tactical move by this regime to render its citizens helpless to their tyranny? Making it become necessary for the citizens to become slaves, in order to get water?
