This morning about 07:30 am, hanging over several footbridges was a message from The drug Cartel – the Gulf Cartel.  One was located in front of Boulevard Hidalgo Bodega Aurrera in the city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas; pedestrians and drivers had a clear view of the message hung by the Gulf Cartel.

The message was to inform the people that the Cartel has no issue with the people or the government but with those that are kidnapping,robbing and murdering.

Control of the lucrative drug business continues to be a struggle in Tamaulipas.
