More than two years after legalizing medical marijuana, the wait for safe access will soon be over for Connecticut’s patients in need. According to WFSB.com, a few of the state’s six dispensaries will begin serving up strains to patients sometime in August.

But before the patients can purchase cannabis, they’ll need to visit a doctor and obtain a prescription for medical marijuana. Thereafter, severely ill, qualifying patients will be free to legally shop for their medicine!

Connecticut joins other East Coast states like Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington D.C., New Jersey (and its one dispensary) and Maine as the latest state to hop on the medical marijuana bandwagon.

Massachusetts will begin its medical marijuana program early next year while New York and Maryland will join the party within the next 18 month.

Clearly, the East Coast is about to get a whole lot greener. Next up: the dirty South!

  • Is it really necessary to wait?
Is it really necessary to get a prescription?
Do they even have the authority to demand that you do?
Do they have anyone with first hand information that proves that their CONstitution and laws are applicable to you simply for being within a specific geographic area??

Did you sign their CONstitution? No?? so, you’re not a signatory to their CONstitution!?!?
Did you get to vote on their CONstitution?? NO???

So what is the nexus that obligates YOU the PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL to their CORPORATIONS CONstitution and laws?? FYI, the states are CORPORATIONS!
    for instance.
STATE OF ARIZONA is a PRIVATE FOR PROFIT CORPORATION

Did you take an OATH of office that OBLIGATES you to adhere to their CONstitution and laws?? NO??

So where is the PROOF that their CONstitution and laws apply to you? Call your states attorney generals office and ask this question.
Do you “attorney generals office” believe that the CONstitution and laws are applicable to someone simply for being within the STATE OF __ “whichever CORPORATE state you are physically in”

They’ll say of course the CONstitution and laws apply to you because you are in the STATE OF __

    Then ask them..
What EVIDENCE PROVES that the CONstitution and laws apply to someone because they are in a particular geographic area??

Their normal reply is, the laws apply because the laws say so or it’s our policy.. BUT THAT ISN’T EVIDENCE PROVING ANYTHING APPLIES TO YOU! It’s just circular reasoning which only establishes a psychopathy of STATISM!

BECAUSE they cannot produce any evidence or anyone with first hand information PROVING that their CONstitution and laws apply to you simply for being within a geographic area, they are RELYING on HEARSAY or SUPERSTITION that has NO BASIS IN REALITY!
Do their laws apply to you MAGICALLY? It is NOTHING MORE THAN A BELIEF, an OPINION or a FEELING!!
Belief, opinion and feelings are NOTE EVIDENCE PROVING that their CONstitution and laws apply to you!

They CANNOT provide ANY first hand EVIDENCE or reliable witnesses with first hand information that can provide irrefutable evidence proving their CONstitution and laws apply to you!
