Cops Gun Down Another Black Man In St Louis Last Night (Live Cell Phone Video)

As you are about to see these two cops started shooting within 20 seconds of their arrival. This shooting is less than 4 miles from The Michael Brown shooting.
Kajieme Powell, a 25-year-old, was killed by a barrage of bullets.
The two officers pulled up to the scene where this man had set down 2 cans of pop that he had just stole from a local store, the store owner and others watched as the police pull up to the scene.
Powell seemed very upset and started yelling at the cops to shoot him, he then proceeded to walk toward one office with his hands in his pocket. The officers ordered him to stop, and remove his hands from his pockets, Powell denied their request and was fired upon immediately. For anybody wondering why they shot so many times the general rule is “shoot to kill”
If they shoot once they will ALWAYS shoot until the suspect stops moving.
Perhaps a stun gun would have been more appropriate.

OK, they could try to taser him but this was a really stupid action of him.
Could you see a knife in the video? This seems to be an abuse of power, there are other ways to disarm a man. Why are they so intent on killing everyone all of a sudden? This would have never been tolerated 20 years ago. Communities would have had a lot of questions for a public servent who took a life.
