Phil Schneider was an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building deep UFO underground military bases for the United States secret government. A joint alien/U.S. military underground alien base exists, maybe dedicated to genetic science or an alien agenda. Phil Schneider was found dead in his living accommodations on january 17 1996 – It sounded like an execution style murder. A rubber tube hose wrapped 3 times around his neck and half-knotted in front. He repeatedly suffered torture before he was finally killed. There were several attempts to kill his family for exposing proof and the reality regarding the U.S government’s black budget & speaking overtly regarding the evidence of what is really happening with UFOs underground with the Alien agenda. The battle was aforesaid to have taken place there between aliens and humans in the late 70′s or 80′s. There are horrific genetic experiments are conducted in lower levels of the facility – these levels are referred to as “Nightmare Hall.” The underground Dulce base has several subterranean levels and underground aliens from the Montauk Project. The government conspiracy in the city of Dulce where there’s an underground Alien base many Military helicopters are typically seen around the area. In 1969, the alien base was engineered northwest of Dulce in joint agreement between CIA and aliens from space. The base is on the Jicarilla Apache reservation and the secret government entrance is on Mount Archuleta (or Archuleta Mesa). The base gets water and electricity from the Navajo watercourse, and dumps waste water back into the same river. A collection of security camera tapes and technical documents were stolen from the base by a dissatisfied security officer revealing the alien agenda. These were stored in an unknown location along with the officer’s ‘flash’, a weapon, resembling a flashlight, that is claimed to emit some sort of directed radiation. The area was partly scanned with ground-penetrating radar, producing ‘interesting’ results, however these results aren’t presently available. Sometime in the Nineties a Japanese documentary producer had a 1-minute animation which showed the alleged contents of the stolen secret government info. This animation is out there on the web and was never claimed by its creators to be actual Alien evidence or UFO proof. Alternative UFO proof includes supposed ‘leaked documents’, alien videos and witness reports. The particular evidence that was taken hasn’t been disclosed to the general public, but a set of drawings based on the documents and surveillance footage is out there. There are a small number of black-and-white pictures accessible, that are signed “TAL”. it’s been urged that these pictures are from the Cheyenne Mountain facility.
