EYEWITNESS: MICHAEL BROWN RAN FROM COP CAR, ‘DOUBLED BACK’ AND CHARGED AT OFFICERS
A newly-discovered video taken in the aftermath of Ferguson, Missouri teen Michael Brown’s death features a conversation between two bystanders, one whom relays what he witnessed—and he states that Brown fled a police car but then “doubled back” and was charging at officers as they fired at him.
Since Brown’s fatal shooting has become a media firestorm, inspiring violent riots and looting in Ferguson, witnesses from both sides of the controversy have given conflicting reports on just what happened. However, this private conversation minutes after the incident seems untainted by any desire to protect or tarnish the reputation of either Brown or the police.

I don’t agree with most peoples religion. But I agree that one must see that Obama’s the Antichrist.

What makes the cop any less of a murderer ? The second the kid disengaged the cop and ran away deadly force was no longer warranted or justified. The kid was shot in the back and then turned around with his hands up where he was shot 5 more times.
How does the witnesses account change that ?

I listened to it 10 times and the guy said ” next thing I know he come back towards the police ” didnt say charged or ran .
The kid had been shot in the back and turned back with his hands up walking back to the cop and the cop fired 5 more times. = MURDER

#1 was a missunderstanding by the guy listening to the account of what happened. It was admitted the kid was unarmed and had no gun .
#2 was what happened after the kid turned back towards the cop after being shot when the cop shot him 5 more times.
The eyewitness never says ” doubled back ” Im tellin you i listened to it 10 times and he says ” next thing I know he ( mike brown ) come back towards police.
It appears to be true there was a suffle with the cop when the cop was in his car but the second mike brown ran from him and no longer posed an immediate threat seeing he wasn’t armed the police had no right to shoot him in the back . When mike brown turned around and put his hands up and began to walk back to the officer wounded the cop DEFINITELY had no right to shoot him 5 more times.

What you advocate for one you advocate for you and your family . We have a judicial system in this country to handle people who fight with cops.

Now the world is heading for Apocalypse because Antichrist Obama’s tripped up in Ferguson and proved evil.
He was NOT shot in the back – at least that has not been confirmed by autopsy report. And THIS eyewitness does not say that the officer fired at Brown while he was running away or stopped. THIS witness says that when Brown started running at the officer the police started firing at him. But because Brown kept running toward the police officer DESPITE bullets fired at him, he starting thinking that the policeman’s shots were MISSING.
In fact the policeman’s shots were mostly likely hitting him, yet Michael Brown kept barreling towards the officer as if they had not effect. That’s why the officer believes Brown was on some kind of drug (PCP).
Finally when Michael Brown almost reached him, he shot him in the head and down he went.
The photos don’t show ANY RED bloodstains on the back of his shirt. The blood is coming from his front onto the street.
By the way the previous shots were from in the car and due to the struggle with the officer’s gun – Michael Brown was trying to take it. These shots weren’t aimed at anyone (and I don’t think either was hit). It was this which startled M.B. and set him off running with the friend.
He was not scared of the policeman, only instinctively ran when the gun misfired during the struggle.
Autopsy will prove or disprove any shots to his back. I think it will show there was no shots to his back.
Further, one of the so-called witnesses was his partner in crime, Dorian Johnson, who has a warrant for a 2011 theft.
Dorian Johnson lied to the police back then – gave a fake name “Derrick” a fake age – 16 when he was 19 – and he tried to hide his ID in his socks.
So “witness” Dorian Johnson has motive to lie and bend the story a certain way and he is a proven liar to authorities and thieving and devious as well.
There was one witness, Tiffany Mitchell who heard the loud car door slam (this was when the policeman says M.B. shoved him back into his car and slammed the door on him) and she did see a “tussle” and “arm wrestling” through the window.
She did say that M.B.’s body “seemed” to jerk “as if” he was shot, but she is very likely mistaken. She probably saw him jerk because he heard the cop after him – the cop that he had just aggressed on.
And the behavior of charging back at those following for a crime was scene at the liquor store when the clerk followed him the second time and M.B. chased him back into the store until he cowered deeper inside, M.B. coming in after him before satisfied he’d subdued the little Indian clerk.
JJ, it looks like Obama’s headed for Watergate with this Ferguson thing.
Michael Brown looks like a smoking gun because the shot wounds are all frontal and not from the back.

Notice this dialog does not saying M.B. was shot in the back – that the officer only started firing when M.B. ran at him.
And this witness “was thinking” that the shots were missing Michael Brown because there was no effect on his running towards the cop.
This matches what the cop says about M.B. running towards him and not of the shots making a difference until finally, just before M.B. reached him he fired a head shot and M.B. went down on the pavement.
I’m thinking M.B. had tough layers and layers of fat and muscle in his abdomen and chest which absorbed those bullets and kept them from vital organs (or at least from penetrating deeply).
Of course you do hear stories of people being shot or stabbed and able to run a little ways before the die – like out to their front yard before collapsing.
M.B. was 30-35 feet away from the cop when he started running after him (very stupid thing to do) and if he was “almost” to the cop – I would say he was 10-12 feet away before he was finally dropped with the head shot.
PCP can make people take shots and keep going. I don’t know why they are not releasing toxicology reports or the autopsy.

The autopsy report disagrees with your conclusions or should I say delusions and btw, there was only one thug involved in this shooting and he committed a felony assault on officer Wilson thinking he was the same sort wimp as the store clerk he robbed earlier and would be intimidated by Brown’s size.
I have no clue what sort of drugs Brown was on, but they made him stupid and he died because of his own actions, end of story, no racist act just a criminal getting what he deserved.

I am still trying to figure out what any of this, has to do with the US AG, Eric Holder???
Im holding judgement until i see all evidence. Seems the latest video evidence has collaborated with the police statement. Also collaborates partially with other witnesses. I think the 2 young ladies are fabricating a little, theres no emotion, and their eyes are wondering while they are being interviewed. Sorry, that’s what my daughters do when they are fibbing and fabricating. The witness voice in the video is excitable, and answering questions immediately not thinking before he speaks. I would tend to think this is more truthful. Autopsy reveals no shots in the back. Without seeing entire video for myself its hard to really know what happened. But from what i’ve read I’m leaning towards justified shooting, excessive or not i cant tell at this point. I hope for the sake of the familys and the people of Ferguson this shooting is legit. The riotting is animalistic behavior and uncalled for. Grow up, let the videos and the investigations tell the story before becoming criminals yourself. There is no conclusion for any rational person to draw from this garbled wandering exchange. Quit trying to “make a case” either way. It is NOT there.
The FACT is that Brown was shot in the middle of his skull.. and in the eye socket.. exiting his lower chin and entering his collar bone area…. Now you explain how a shooter.. with a gun hand over 3 feet off the pavement… shot a man 6’4″ tall in the crown of his head and in the eye socket with the slug exiting in a DOWNWARD path to the region of his collar bone?
