Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, who was with him during the shooting, said that the confrontation began as a scuffle at the police car window with Officer Darren Wilson still seated inside. Wilson fired his weapon out the window of the vehicle, said Johnson, and the two teenagers took off running down the street.
While Brown was running away from Wilson, Johnson says that his friend was shot once from behind and then turned to face the police officer while raising his arms in the air. According to Johnson, the officer fired several more shots at Mr Brown before he fell to the ground.
Tiffany Mitchell, another eyewitness, recalled a similar narrative in an interview on CNN. She said that Brown briefly struggled with Wilson while he was still seated in the police car. During the struggle, Mitchell says that the officer shot his gun through the window. Following the first gunshot, Brown ran down the street, and the officer got out of his vehicle and shot again, alleges Mitchell.
“Michael jerks his body as if he’s hit and he turns around and faces the officer with his hands up,” she said. “And the officer continues to shoot him until he goes down to the ground.”
The Posse Comitatus Act, as modified in 1981, refers to the Armed Forces of the United States.
It does not apply to the National Guard under state authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within its home state or in an adjacent state if invited by that state’s governor.
The United States Coast Guard, which operates under the Department of Homeland Security, is also not covered by the Posse Comitatus Act, primarily because although the Coast Guard is an armed service, it also has both a maritime law enforcement mission and a federal regulatory agency mission.

I see the lack of back wounds. The original story, that people got so upset about, was that he was shot trying to walk away. The video of his behavior in the store shows that this “small child” was not in the habit of walking away. It was obvious that his intent in life was to intimidate.
It is sad the underground news of the internet is turning into the same crap that the main stream news is… slanderous conclusions without evidence to back it up.
Let’s ignore the fact that some “witnesses” had previously said he was shot in the back now that we know all 6 shots were from the front.
Let’s ignore the fact that the independent medical examiner said based on the shots there was no way to know whether or not he had his hands up.
Let’s ignore any conflicting evidence and go with what the “evidence” we think proves our point the best and continue a line of yellow journalism. The lies and crap in main stream news is why no one watches it anymore. If the internet news sources resort to the same, no one will pay any attention to you either.
