Francis A. Boyle, 2004 Lecture Regarding Akaka Legislation

This lecture (okay, I don’t like that word, let’s call it “discourse”, or “allocution”, or pick your own) was given 11 years after Dr. Boyle’s 1993 speech, and covers some of the same points, but also points out several items from the so-called “Akaka Bill” that try to continue the same story. This was also called the “Akaka-Abercrombie” bill, as both had a role in this.
