Civil unrest explodes overnight after new allegations surface.
CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman joins “CBS This Morning: Saturday” to discuss the latest developments in the Michael Brown shooting. Police and around 200 protestors clashed again in Ferguson, Mo., after a crowd broke into the convenience store that Brown allegedly robbed the day he was killed.

Even if he did rob the store, it does NOT give the police the right to be police, judge, jury and executioner!!!!! The job of the police is to apprehend the suspect and allow the justice system to determine if he is guilty or innocent! Otherwise those cops are exactly the same as those they arrest!!!! That badge does NOT give them any more rights than any other citizen!!!

Indeed, I agee. This could be another false flag. That Afro American of color might still be alive in fact. Seems his dad was just acting like he cared about his son. After all, what did his dad have to say when asked? He said “we had to constantly put our foot into his neck.” And why have this false flat tale place? Well, it happened to do away with the second amendment. It is another ploy to take attention away from gay president Obama and his first transgender Michael.
That cop is guilty of shooting the black fella. What if that black fella was some prominent senators son?

Last year a total of $767 million disappeared from police holds taken during sieges and stakeouts. Police in America, where’s all that money. I’ll tell you, the police breaks into someone house apparently because the got permission from the court, they discover drugs and money, kill some off the crooks but take plenty of cash and drugs. How many of these stings are going on? A lot! That cop was most probably under drugs. Was he even breathalyzed? NO!

If it was a white boy nobody would care. They would be any stores looted, the news media would not cover it on a National Level and it would be over by now. You can see by the video that Michael Brown was a trouble maker walking in to a store a stealing stuff and pushing the clerk aside. I believe that he did try and take the gun away from the cop. What a shame.,

The Constitution does not give anyone the right to riot in the streets and burn buildings down in protest. Those doing these things have gone beyond the rule of law and any constitutional rights or protections. To destroy personal and public property brings the results we are now seeing take place. We need to understand this. The people at the ranch in Nevada understood this and as a result, destruction of people or property did not take place on any level like we are seeing take place now. You live by the sword, you need to be prepared to pay the price. The anger should be directed in the right direction. The color of your skin does not give you permission to go beyond your right to peaceful protest. Period.
Why are we not as concerned about the two black men who gunned down the 60 year old rabbi in cold blood in Miami recently? He was a father of six and was visiting a couple of his daughters and grandchildren. Why doesn’t the black community demand justice for this young rabbi? Why aren’t they protesting and burning down someone’s business over this? Why aren’t the blacks demanding these two cold-blooded killers be arrested? Watch to the news story below. This came out right after this cold-blooded killing took place. The media has since gone silent on the skin color of the killers.
