Hundreds of Bioterror Lab Mishaps Cloaked in Secrecy

I remember when the news brought out that Georgia center for disease control had mailed viles of germs to other scientist around the USA and other locations . I remember seeing the scientist stunded as they examined their care package . Then they exclaimed that they were viles of plagues long forgotten . Why did they send them and what was their intent ? It’s sure funny that these plagues are making their way back .
