( My attempt at solving the clues) The banks are on countdown, and ‘signed on’ across the globe. The Iraqi Qui cards signed on today, confirmed. Their credit card purchasing ability has begun, and is live.  They are live and ready, ‘thumbs up’, 100% tested, confirmed, and A-OK. There is pressure right now today. Are you ready?
    
The WTO recognized the new Prime Minister. Stick a fork in it, it’s completed. Iraq is now a member. Look for Santa Claus; he is comin’ to town.
    
The Markets are extremely volatile; swinging wildly up and down, with gold and silver moving sharply higher and lower respectively in late day trading. The bases are loaded, it’s the final play of the fourth quarter. Algorithms are locked and loaded right now. 1000% confirmed.
    
All of the global media are in full-throttle and extreme brainwashing, misdirection, and misinformation campaigns are going on around the world. The RV has lifted off. Codes are live and active; and we are only awaiting the press of a button.
    
Look all around you, and put on your thinking cap. A simple and basic plan will get you caught in a mousetrap. You will get very little money for a bait and switch. Concentrate your resources.
