INTENSE WARNING TO PARENTS WITH TODDLERS! Doctors Told Parent to Give Sick Tot Nurofen and it Nearly Killed Her!
A toddler was left fighting for her life after suffering a massive allegic reaction to a child’s dose of Nurofen.
Just hours after two-year-old Macey Marsh was given the medicine as advised by a family GP, her face broke out in hundreds of agonising sores and blisters.
Now, after ten days in intensive care, doctors say it’s “a miracle” she is alive, and even now her eyesight could be permanently damaged.

Macey’s ordeal began six weeks ago after her parents took her to the GP because she had a rash and puffy eyes and had complained of feeling poorly.
A locum doctor reassured Matt and wife Sarah the tot was simply ‘run-down’ and said she would be fine after taking the Nurofen painkiller alternated with Calpol.
They gave Macey the medicine and put her to bed, but when Sarah checked on her in the morning her condition was worse and her eyes were completely glued shut with mucus.
Her parents took her to the A&E at St Peter’s Hospital, near their home in Chertsey, Surrey.
Medics diagnosed scarlet fever and sent her away with penicillin. By the next morning, Sarah was shocked to see the tot’s face was completely covered in gruesome blisters. Read more
