[Beloit, Wisc...] Gov. Scott Walker called the state Supreme Court's decision on Act 10 a victory for taxpayers at an event on Thursday afternoon. After talking with employees at Cotta Transmission Company in Beloit, Walker spoke with reporters about the successes of his collective bargaining reforms and how Act 10 has saved taxpayers $3 billion.
