Yes, the video (no, I won't link to it) of that savage beheading of American journalist Jim Foley documents a milestone in vicious barbarity.
Beheading?
How primitive and barbaric is that?
How much more civilized to kill dozens by dropping bombs and lobbing artillery from a safe distance. That's the way we roll here in the Nations of Virtue.
But in case you're wondering, the last beheading in France, courtesy of that virtuous implement of execution, the guillotine, was in 1977.
