The Police in St. Louis Are Starting a War, No Doubt About it! You Won’t Believe What They Have Done
St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch is overseeing the case that will determine whether Wilson will face criminal charges in the shooting death of Brown.
Witnesses and police have conflicting stories about what lead to Brown’s death. According to Dorian Johnson, a friend who was with Michael Brown at the time of the shooting, Officer Wilson told the two men not walk on the street, reached out, and grabbed Brown.
“[The officer] shot again and once my friend felt that shot, he turned around and put his hands in the air,” said Johnson. “He started to get down and the officer still approached with his weapon drawn and fired several more shots.”
Police, however, tell a different story. According to authorities, Brown and Wilson struggled in the officer’s patrol car over the officer’s gun. Police said Brown and Johnson pushed Wilson back into his patrol car and physically assaulted him.
