omegaman  really, i do think that tomorrow, or tonight, we’ll get the green light for the Bond Platforms…and then PBX  coming soon thereafter…MY feelings are based upon a string of long statements from a variety of Intel source, facts and general chatter, which are all lining up with one another…

Sem > omegaman  Why do the bond platforms need to get the go ahead for PBX to start.  Are you talking about the Historical Bond payments on the platform?

omegaman > Sem the key is the ANNOUNCEMENT of the GOI…at that point the IMF releases the funding for the Bond Redemption; at the same time, FOREX should go live…and the GCR…etc…
