The currency is and has been tied to this budget since this budget was first written just as the finance committee told us, the guys who wrote this budget. islandg1211 » September 10th, 2014, You’ve forgotten an interesting comment that Dr Shabibi made three years ago to date in a TV interview with a couple other people.
The interviewer asked Shabibi, when would he want to RV, he said, “ideally, the beginning of the year.” We had a debate at the time about if this in fact did mean October 1, the beginning of the fiscal year.
I’m very interested in the last Thursday of Sept – Oct 1.
