Cops Ran Over Cyclist Twice, Arrested Him As He Lay Dying (Video)

(N.Morgan) Police in Quebec are investigating a brutal case in which witnesses claim that police officers trying to stop a bicyclist accidentally ran over the man twice and then handcuffed the bicyclist as he lay dying on the pavement. On Wednesday, 48-year-old Guy Blouin died from injuries he suffered after he was run over by a police cruiser. Witnesses say police went to pull Blouin over for bicycling down the wrong way on a one-way street. As they attempted to pull him over, they accidentally ran him over.
“He went under the wheels,” a witness told the Toronto Sun. Then the cruiser shifted into drive and accidentally ran over the man again. “For an entire 15 seconds, he was under the tire in a fetal position,” another witness told Radio-Canada. Witnesses say the man was lying on the ground spitting up blood and yelling “I’m hurt.” Rather than aid the man, police pinned him against the ground and told him he was under arrest even though he hadn’t committed an arrestable offense in the first place.

no it started when we discovered a and after we stopped in what is now USA when we got to what is now Canada we ran into the local natives . they called the land Kannada .
as someone form Canada i would like to say this .
even tough Quebec is ( sadly ) a province in our country is full of stupid people . that is ware we store them . a real cop in Canada would not be this stupid . they would have called EMS . if he got hit . cops down here are trained to NOT go after people on bikes for this reason .

Note this: Les policiers sortent de l’autopatrouille et se rendent à la victime allongée au sol.

La victime, toujours consciente, crie aux policiers de le «lâcher». Il a du sang apparent au visage.
Les patrouilleurs aident la victime à se relever et l’amènent jusqu’à l’ambulance.
They maintained him on the ground – which is what needs to be done. Someone hurt like that musn’t be moved!! Even if the man wanted to be lifted up.
Then they help him up to walk him to the ambulance – WHICH WAS A NO-NO. The EMS should have been the ones to manipulate the person injured.
This is a sad story. What a waste of a life.

I’m not too concerned because I heard the biker was an American. One dead American is not going to stop the world. The police acted correctly. This American biker may have been a suicide bomber. Who know these days. Americans do crazy things, they invade countries, lie about Russia, deceive nations….only in America.

What a horrible death. How the hell do the police run over a person twice?? And then they put cuffs on him knowing full well that he is injured??? Sorry, but saving a life is more important than doing their job. Who the hell walks an injured man to the ambulance??? I don’t find humor in this at all. And to say that it’s just another American is cruel. Where is your heart? It’s still a human being. This is very sad.

Hey! Looks as if the Canadian police are trying mimic the police in the US. Kill them first then arrest them should be the motto for all police worldwide.
