Ghost Caught On CCTV At Dover Castle (Video)

This is CCTV footage of a reported spook caught on cam at an historic Dover castle. While I’m sceptical of this because it seems to be such a trend as of late, I’m not going to outright dismiss it as fake. Based on thevideo alone,I’d say it’s pretty compelling stuff. Thoughts?
Definitely a ghost/spirit! Actually an “electro-magnetic spiritual being”. Normally ‘clear/clean’. But after spending some time in embodiment, & surviving the numerous assaults on our emotional & mental bodies, some will have a charcoal grayish aura. (It’s negative emotional & mental baggage, & clings to our auras, since we’re essentially, electro-magnetic beings!)
But the IRONY, that a little known meditation, that is used to clean up the aura to c-l-e-a-r, has been available for over 50 years! Yet, officially not recognized.
