Sandra Fluke (of the “you must pay for my birth control” infamy) is once again targeting Rush Limbaugh, but this time, she is doing so on behalf of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Now why is that so significant you ask?

The DCCC is, by its own description, the “campaign arm” of Congressional Democrats. It is chaired by Democratic Congressman Steve Israel of New York, and so is in effect, a branch of Congress itself, representing all Democrats of the legislative body. The DCCC directly influences the laws which are formed, presented, and ultimately passed.
