Obesity affects more than two-thirds of adults in the U.S., and yet the weight loss diet industry was worth $60.5 billion last year. How are so many people overweight with so much being spent on the latest weight loss trends? What’s not working?

 

Well, food cravings are the dieter’s worst enemy and the snack food industry made approximately $40.0 billion last year alone. Junk food is an addiction, and what began with occasional snacking can become a daily routine. Furthermore, many people, after reaching their weight loss goals, go back to their old habits and snack food is usually part of that lifestyle.

 

But what if I told you that my daily routine helps keep my food cravings at bay? Is it a magic pill or a particular gut-busting exercise? Nope. It’s simply spinach. That same food many of us refused to eat as a kid can actually help you lose weight and control your unhealthy food cravings.
