It has been here for years, continuing to chew away at our rights.” The video, from 2009, details a man wearing a badge ordering another man off his own property – a salvage yard in business for decades off I-435 near Ottawa, KS. Despite no identifiable victim or damage to property, or court order present, the man wearing a badge – who claims to “protect and serve” – kidnaps and cages both the property owner and his son, who is filming, due to purported non-compliance issues related to the property.
