The rough consenus is 5-9 years after the event(s) cancer clusters spike, including persons with more than one type of cancer.
This email directly quotes no one person, but the above *roughly* cites two former Lawrence scientists, a pubblished anti-nuke PhD scientist, etc.
Yes, trolls galore speak and write about “safe green thorium” and ignore the miners / millers lung cancer and the mine vicinity cancer clusters. The trolls ignore the childhood Leukemias 5-15 miles on all sides of plants venting Tritium.

Chernobyl’s cancers took about 8 years to really start spiking. Do any of you think Fukushima was a lesser venting and leaking event or that Fukushima is now “safer” than Chernobyl?
